La Maison Pur Sang Brings a One-Off Veyron Home
Bugatti’s La Maison Pur Sang program helps keep its special supercars alive. It lets collectors trace a car’s history, check its authenticity, and restore it to how it was meant to be. The program also offers certification and refurbishment, making sure rare Bugattis keep their story as they move from one owner to another.
The program’s latest project involves chassis 8.100 – a one-off Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse built for someone who clearly wanted to stand out at every cars and coffee. The showstopper here is the exposed, polished aluminum body. To pull this off, Bugatti had to haul in aluminum blocks that weighed as much as a small herd of elephants. Subtle, this car is not.
Over ten years after it first left the factory, this Veyron returned home. Bugatti’s team removed the aftermarket changes and got to work, bringing the car back to its original, jaw-dropping glory. They checked every detail carefully to make sure the car’s story remained complete.

Polished Aluminum Meets a Carmine Red Interior
The star of the show is this Veyron’s bodywork. Forget paint – this thing is all about raw, polished aluminum that shows off every curve and crease. Depending on the light, it can look like a mirror or a piece of modern art. Either way, you won’t mistake it for anything else on the road.
Achieving this look was no simple task. Bugatti says its designers spent a long time studying how light would reflect off the metal and how each angle would catch your eye. Only after all that did the master craftsmen step in to turn the bold idea into a real, drivable car.
Inside, there’s Carmine Red leather everywhere, clashing in the best way possible with the silver outside. There’s exposed carbon fiber, polished metal, and enough handcrafted touches to remind you this isn’t just a car – it’s a statement.
The end result is a roadster that mixes high-tech materials with show-car flair. Everything about it screams engineering on display, but with enough personality to make it feel like rolling art.

A Collector’s Prized Masterpiece
Of course, all the flash wouldn’t mean much without the firepower. Under the skin, this Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse still packs the monstrous 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16, good for 1,200 metric horsepower and 1,106 lb-ft of torque. It’s every bit the hypercar legend you’d expect.
Bugatti isn’t saying how much the restoration cost or who the lucky new owner is. What we do know is that this one-off Veyron now lives on the French Riviera with its new caretaker.
