Ford only recently confirmed the updates for the 2027 Bronco, but it’s now giving the 2025 and 2026 versions of the SUV some attention, too. For these older model-year Broncos, customers can now order a new ORV Package from Ford Custom Garage, bringing a range of functional upgrades to the SUV to enhance its off-road capability. These trail-focused upgrades remove the complexity of sourcing components individually, but it’s limited to certain Bronco variants and is one of the most expensive packages we’ve come across for the rugged SUV.

What Does The Bronco ORV Package Include?

The ORV Package includes plenty of off-road kit from Ford Accessories and Ford Racing Parts. One of the main additions is an Off-Road Suspension Kit by FOX, but the package also comes with skid and gas tank plates from the Bronco Raptor to keep vital components protected over rocky terrain.
The package gives the Bronco a much meaner look, thanks to features like rocker-panel trail armor and blackout graphics, RIGID auxiliary lighting, a modular front bumper with park aid, and 17-inch black wheels from WELD. Other appearance enhancements extend to Havoc fender flares, red tow hooks, red grille letter caps, a stealth hood decal, and special ORV badging. A ProCal calibration tool is also included. Ford says that 315/70R17 tires are recommended, but these are sold separately, so that’s another expense customers should budget for.
The package is backed by a supplemental Ford Racing Parts warranty which runs for three years or 36,000 miles. Once installed by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician, the original new-vehicle warranty remains valid.
“Bronco already offers built-in off-road capability,” said Ford. “The ORV Package is not meant to replace that foundation. It gives customers who want to personalize their Bronco a straightforward way to add a coordinated mix of suspension, protection, lighting, and design upgrades.”
Availability and Pricing

While Ford confirmed this is a limited-edition package, it did not specify how many would be available. The ORV Package is only available for the following Bronco models:
- Model years: 2025 and 2026
- Body style: Four-door models only
- Trims: Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks
The Badlands and Raptor, already two of the most capable Bronco trims, are not compatible with the ORV Package. Fitment is also based on the original model’s trim and camera configuration, and whether it has the Sasquatch Package. Customers are advised to confirm compatibility with their Ford dealer before ordering.
The Bronco ORV Package does not come cheap. It has an MSRP of $18,995, which is 46% of a base 2026 Bronco four-door’s price. It vastly exceeds the cost of the popular Sasquatch Package ($6,465 on the 2026 Bronco Big Bend), but the ORV Pack does offer a longer selection of upgrades. Customers buying a 2026 Bronco Outer Banks will be spending close to $70,000 by adding the ORV Package.

What It Means

Ford
Previewed a few years ago at SEMA, the new Bronco ORV provides a cohesive and convenient way for off-road enthusiasts to upgrade their SUVs. The package takes the effort out of sourcing individual parts and also brings real capability to cheaper Bronco trims that may be cut off from the SUV’s most meaningful upgrades. The factory-backed warranty is another bonus. The only downside is the cost, as almost $20,000 over and above the standard model’s MSRP is substantial, but the ORV Package does turn the Ford into an even more formidable Wrangler rival.
