Banyan Street Capital launched APEX Atlanta, a newly rebranded, three-building Class A office campus formerly known as Atlanta Financial Center in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket. The new identity reflects Banyan Street Capital’s broader repositioning strategy. APEX Atlanta is a 914,774-square-foot office campus comprising three interconnected towers in the heart of Buckhead.
Since acquiring the campus in July 2025, Banyan Street Capital has initiated a comprehensive repositioning and capital improvement program, beginning with a $4 million transformation at APEX North,, the 241,000 square foot office tower situated along Peachtree Road, with completion anticipated in February 2026.
At APEX South, an approximately 284,000-square-foot office tower, Banyan Street Capital is engaged with a partner to redevelop the building into live/work residences. The project will deliver approximately 260 residential units into an Atlanta market with the lowest supply of new deliveries since 2016.
Newmark has been retained as exclusive leasing agent of the office components of the project. Newmark’s Craig Kalinowski, Brad Kirschner and Stewart Thrash are leading leasing efforts on behalf of Banyan Street Capital.
