Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and joint venture partner, Clarion Partners, have begun vertical construction on Lehigh Valley Exchange, an 866,350-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The project is expected to deliver in July 2027. Located at 1600 Freemansburg Ave. and situated on approximately 115.8 acres in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley industrial market, Lehigh Valley Exchange will provide future occupiers with a state-of-the-art distribution facility designed to meet the needs of modern logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and supply chain users.
“Lehigh Valley has established itself as one of the premier industrial markets in the United States, offering exceptional access to major population centers throughout the Northeast while maintaining the infrastructure and workforce that today’s occupiers demand,” said John Pollock, Principal with TCC.
The development team includes Ware Malcomb as the architect, Penntex Construction as the general contractor, Liberty Excavators as the site contractor, and Langan Engineering as the civil engineer. Leasing efforts for the project are being led by KBC Advisors.
