Ferrari announced as far back as 2021 that it would launch an electric vehicle by the middle of the decade, and now the automaker has confirmed that the highly anticipated model is nearing the end of its long gestation. The model, which will take the form of a sleek SUV not unlike the V12‑powered Purosangue, has been spotted testing with heavy camouflage on multiple occasions, and the automaker’s chief this week revealed when those covers will come off: late next year.
