LifeScience Logistics (“LSL”), a healthcare supply chain solutions company, has signed a lease for Mapletree Investments’ 625,000-square-foot industrial facility at 5200 Tradeport Drive in South Memphis. Mapletree says it is the largest lease of the year for a second-generation warehouse distribution facility in the Memphis market.
The project, which includes a $23.2 million capital investment, is expected to create 101 new jobs with estimated base wages of approximately $62 million annually over the next two years.
Situated within the Chickasaw Distribution Center—a master-planned business park at the corner of Holmes and Hickory Hill Roads—5200 Tradeport Drive offers 605,510 square feet of warehouse space and 19,490 square feet of office space.
The property is located near Tradeport Drive and Holmes Road, providing access to Hwy 78/I-22, the BNSF Intermodal, the Memphis International Airport and other key logistics hubs.
Kemp Conrad of Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors represented Mapletree in the transaction, while Brian Monaghan & Bob Robers of Cushman & Wakefield represented LSL.
