The tenants come from a wide range of industries, with Delta Dental being the largest deal at 69,000 square feet. The building is owned by the Maritz family, a local owner known for stable, well-capitalized, local ownership. Their company, Maritz, also operates on the same campus, which features strong amenities and a high parking ratio.
Built in 1990, the property is convenient to all areas of the St. Louis Metropolitan area and is just 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The 1400 Building is a 400,000-square-foot Class A office building located on the south side of I-44, two miles west of I-270. This multi-tenant office building has a current roster of tenants including Panera Bread, Ricoh, Scholastic Corporation, 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, Missouri Lawyers Media, and LANDCO Construction.
