Ford’s 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 is one of the most famous versions to belong to the EcoBoost family as a whole. It was introduced in 2009, and was first used within Ford models such as the F-150. Initially, the earlier versions of the 3.5-liter EcoBoost were known to be plagued with issues, mainly centering around things like head gaskets and timing chain guides.
