In America, Stellantis brands Dodge and Ram are kicking electric to the curb and returning to combustion engines. Not even high-tech gas, we’re talking old tech like the Hemi V8. In Europe, things are a little different. The European Parliament decided that automakers will get some more time to hit their new fleet average emissions target, but it isn’t going to be easy. The two-year extension means they only have to hit the figure as an average from 2025-2027.
