
Chicago Venture Partners, a private investment firm, has signed a 10-year lease to open an office on the 40th floor of the 57-story office building located at 300 E. Randolph St. in Chicago’s East Loop.
Leslie Logsdon, President and Designated Managing Broker of L2 Advisers LLC, represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Maslauski and Michael Sessa represented the landlord in the transaction. in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Tower in Chicago.
The lease includes 15,779 square feet in the facility that primarily serves as the headquarters for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) and its Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois division. Chicago Venture Partners is a provider of capital to emerging and growth-stage small-cap companies through its private investments in public equities investment strategy.
