
Colliers has completed the sale of 1527 Chestnut Street to Zaken Realty Trust. The sale was facilitated by Larry Steinberg, Senior Managing Director of Retail Services.
Located on a high-traffic block of Chestnut Street, the building adds to Zaken Realty Trust’s holdings on the block, which also include 1517 and 1523 Chestnut Street. At 1517 Chestnut Street, 1,774 square feet of prime ground-floor retail is available, offering commercial alley access and exposure to over 15,900 daily pedestrians.
The space is surrounded by major national retailers including Five Below, J. Crew Factory, Wendy’s, and Footlocker. Just steps away, 1525 Chestnut Street, spanning 1,455 square feet, was recently leased to SEV Laser in a deal also brokered by Larry Steinberg of Colliers.
