The Ford Motor Company was founded in 1903 and has been a cornerstone of not just America’s automotive industry, but globally, too. And for more than 100 years, it has helped shape how we view and experience vehicles. Be it ICE (internal combustion engine) or EVs (electric vehicles), the company established by Henry Ford in Dearborn, Michigan, has been part of the industry’s continuous revolution and evolution. Interestingly, it was Ford who introduced the assembly line, leading to automobiles becoming accessible to the masses. And it was the iconic Model T that set everything in motion, which in turn set forth the Ford logo history.
