The cost of living isn’t going down anytime soon, but gas prices have remained eerily steady. According to AAA, the price of gas at the end of July, averaging $3.14 per gallon, was actually a penny cheaper than it was in July 2021, at $3.15 per gallon. This, despite the price of crude oil going up.
