Longtime V8 combustion enthusiast Tim Kuniskis is back at Stellantis as head of American brands. The CAFE fines, which forced Stellantis to reduce emissions, have effectively been eliminated under the Trump administration. And not too surprisingly, Dodge (like other Stellantis brands) is taking advantage. The brand is leaning into giving its buyers “the power of choice” when it comes to powertrains. The choice now, at least for Durango buyers, is a Hemi V8.
