
DRA Advisors and Mainstreet Capital sold INQ @ 2401, a 162,372-square-foot, single-story office building located at 2401 Sardis Road in Charlotte’s Crown Point neighborhood, to Messer Financial Group. Messer has been a tenant in the building since 2020. The company recently expanded its footprint by 60%, bringing INQ @ 2401 to 100% occupancy.
CBRE’s Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Joe Franco, and Stephanie Spivey represented the sellers, DRA Advisors and Mainstreet Capital, in the transaction. Â
Constructed in 1989 and renovated in 2016, the building has been modernized to accommodate larger, back-office users, with nearly $5.75 million in recent capital expenditures. It offers convenient access to amenities, including Mora Point Retail Center, Meridian Place, and Bainbridge Matthews.Â
DRA invests across multiple product types throughout the continental United States on behalf of institutional and private investors.Â
