
Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 1615 L Street, a premier 430,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C.
The 13-story property has undergone extensive base-building and amenity upgrades since 2018 and currently has approximately 300,000 square feet available for lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Katcher, Mark Wooters and John Skolnik are handling leasing at the property.
