Stockdale Capital Partners acquired Amelia at Farmer’s Market, a 297-unit luxury residential building in Downtown Dallas in an all-cash transaction.
“At Stockdale, our strategy is to build a multifamily platform anchored in modern, high-demand assets within strong markets,” said Stockdales’s Sam Palmer.
The highly amenitized five-story property is in downtown Dallas’ Farmers Market neighborhood. The property is 94% leased. Amelia offers amenities such as an open-air sky lounge with views of Downtown, a rooftop infinity edge pool, an all-inclusive courtyard pool and lounge, a wine lounge, community library and 24-hour health studio, and designer kitchens.
Greystar will manage daily operations of the building. Kairoi built the project in 2019.
