It’s just a paved parking lot, but the 2/3 of an acre lot could become much more. Tanya Ragan and Wildcat Management recently listed 1823 Cadiz Street for sale, offering investors in Downtown Dallas a range of options. They range from a 250-unit residential apartment complex, a 200-key hotel, or a mixed-use project blending retail, dining, and large-scale residential or hotel integration. Most significantly, it has no height restriction. The Farmers Market District property is situated blocks from the $3.7 billion Convention Center project.
Wildcat commissioned Merriman Anderson Architects and John Carruth to study feasibility scenarios. Its location within both the Newpark TIF District and a federally designated Opportunity Zone adds significant financial incentives, including potential abatements and investment tax advantages.
Wildcat Management positions the property as Dallas’ largest contiguous redevelopment site currently on the market, one that can deliver both immediate income and long-term transformation.
