CBRE has arranged a new 4,083-square-foot lease at 737 North Michigan Ave. with the Consulate of Bulgaria. The new space will double the Consulate’s previous footprint.
CBRE’s Mike Kazmierczak and Lauren Hedstrom represented 737 North Michigan in the transaction, while Yana Georgiev from Charles Rutenberg Realty of IL represented the Consulate of Bulgaria. 737 North Michigan is a 63-story building with 335,190 square feet of Class A office space located on Chicago’s iconic Magnificent Mile. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the building features a distinctive curved façade with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping city views.
