Lodes Debuts Sleek Outdoor Lighting With an Artful Edge

When it comes to outdoor lighting, function usually takes the lead, with durability and materiality topping the priority list. But what if those same fixtures could do more than just light the way? What if they could double as sculptural statements – pieces that feel as artful as something you’d spot in a luxury hotel courtyard, yet fit seamlessly into a backyard, patio, or garden? Lodes’ inaugural outdoor collection takes that “what if” and turns it into reality, blurring the line between functional lighting and open-air sculpture.

The debut collection, named simply OUTDOOR, features four distinct designs – Focus, Kinno, Chelsie, and Reed – with the latter designed in-house by Lodes and the others by creative visionary Patrick Norguet. Rather than relying on traditional lantern shapes or purely utilitarian floodlights, the designers embraced curves, clean lines, and unexpected inspiration to create fixtures that are as striking by day as they are by night.
