Foxfield and Drake Real Estate Partners announced several milestones at the Lower Bucks Logistics Hub in Langhorne, Pennysyvlvania.
The project has received its certificate of occupancy for both buildings, and the project’s state highway related improvements have been completed. Leasing is being led by Andrew Green, Paul Touhey, and Dan McGovern of CBRE.
The $2.5 million PA SITES grant, administered by the Department of Community and Economic Development via the Bucks County Industrial Development Authority, supported critical off-site transportation improvements. “This site is in a key location in Bucks County, Pennsylvania’s industrial corridor, ideal for logistics and last-mile distribution operations,” said Mark Tang, Managing Director of Development and Construction at Foxfield.
The Lower Bucks Logistics Hub’s north site features a 361,457-sqaure-foot rear-load building and the south site features a 453,110-sqaure-foot building with cross-dock capacities, making both parcels a strategic hub for logistics and supply chain operations. The Lower Bucks Logistics Hub will generate hundreds of jobs for the local economy once fully occupied.
