
Accesso and its equity partner, Partners Group, sold Remount Business Park, a Class A, master-planned office and industrial park in North Charleston, South Carolina, for $48 million. Remount comprises two buildings: Remount I (199,964 square feet), located at 1101 Remount Road; and Remount II (105,150 square feet), located at 1141 Remount Road (photo). The property was sold to Accordia Realty.
Remount accommodates military and engineering professionals working on defense and space contracts. The facility combines strict physical security requirements with modern and functional workspace design.Â
Remount is located near the intersection of North Rhett Avenue and Remount Road, immediately adjacent to the entrance of Naval Weapons Station Charleston. It features private entrances, 18-foot clear ceiling heights, 40’x40′ bay sizes and 4 parking spaces per 1,000 SF.Â
