
Bridgepoint Plaza I and II, a two-building class A office campus at 5914 and 5918 W. Courtyard Drive, is for sale. Spire Realty Group is the building owner.
The Austin Business Journal reports that the firm that sold Bridgepoint Plaza to Spire in 2017, TA Associates Realty, purchased the campus for $36.5 million in 2013.
Bridgepoint Plaza has two office buildings totaling 177,973 square feet on an about 9 acres. One building is five stories and was built in 1985, while the other is four stories and was built in 1992.
Bridgepoint Plaza is 87% leased with a 3.5-year weighted average lease term.
