Avison Young has been retained by Commercial Realty Group to market for lease an industrial property at 350 Clark Dr. in Mount Olive, NJ, within a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). The Avison Young team includes principals Matthew Turse and Timothy Cadigan and VP Judy Troiano.
“With rising tariffs, global supply chain uncertainty, reshoring, and the demand for greater control over international trade operations, the benefit of the property’s position within an FTZ would be a solution for businesses dealing with tariffs,” said Cadigan. “Chief among its benefits to tenants, FTZs allow companies to defer tariffs on imported goods substantially cutting operational costs, especially when margins are tight.”
The location, within the International Trade Center in Mount Olive, offers companies direct access to I-80, Route 46, Route 206 and nearby hotels, restaurants and retail. The complex also offers amenities typically found only in high-end office properties, according to Avison Young.
