Bank of America is accelerating its national retail presence with plans to open more than 150 new financial centers by the end of 2027, marking a major expansion into 60 markets across the country.
Bank of America’s plans include an expansion in Idaho, where it will open four financial centers serving the Boise area, starting with a new location in Nampa in June. “Opening centers in Boise is an exciting milestone and reflects our commitment to bringing first-class financial services to more communities,” said Will Smayda, Head of Financial Centers at Bank of America. “We’re proud to support local economies by creating jobs and fostering long-term relationships with clients and their communities.”
The Idaho expansion is part of Bank of America’s broader strategy of growing in emerging and underserved markets. Since 2016, the bank has invested over $5 billion into its financial center network, renovating more than 3,000 existing centers and opening nearly 500 new locations.
