
A Walker & Dunlop Capital team arranged $71 million in construction financing for The Fillmore at Copperleaf, a 229-unit rental community at 4545 South Versailles St., Arapahoe County in Colorado. BMC Investments and Rockpoint are developing the project.
The Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Real Estate Finance team led by Dustin Stolly, Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Sean Reimer, Michael Ianno, Christopher de Raet, Jason Schwartzberg, Justin Nelson and PJ Feichtmeier arranged the floating-rate, interest-only bridge loan from Prime Finance.
The property features residences with two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts including attached garages, and private outdoor space.
The community features a variety of lifestyle amenities including a clubhouse, coworking space, resort-style pool, fitness and yoga studios, dog park, and EV charging.
The property is located within Copperleaf, a 2,300-home master-planned community in the southeast Denver corridor and Cherry Creek School District.Â
