Broe Group is kicking off phase two of the investment company’s $200 million Cherry Creek development with the 250 Clayton office building. The property will serve as the new headquarters for the Broe Group, Broe Real Estate Group, and OmniTRAX, the company’s railroad subsidiary.
Once complete, the 250 Clayton property will contain 25,000-30,000 square foot floor plates in an eight-story, Class A building.
The Denver Business Journal reports the company says financing has been secured and construction is expected to begin soon. Construction is expected to be complete by the second quarter of 2028.
The 250 Clayton build is the second in the project, following the 200 Clayton building, which debuted in 2023 and is fully leased. Like its first version, 200 Clayton is an eight-story office building.
Phase two is larger than phase one, covering 175,000 square feet with 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail in addition to office spaces. Beck Group designed the property.
