For car enthusiasts who have no interest in parking their luxury cars in their own garages for free, they will soon have the option to pay up to $1.25 million to park it at a car condo location.
Garage Ultimate is opening a Spring Branch location, in addition to the one the company opened six years ago in Friendswood.
The Houston Business Journal reports the company bought a less than 2 acre parcel at 7500 Westview Drive and expects to begin site work next week for the project, which has an estimated construction timeline of 14 months. The development includes 14 for-sale garage units totaling 25,000 square feet, with garages ranging from 1,250 to 3,125 square feet in addition to mezzanines in each unit.
Pricing ranges from $656,250 to just under $1.25 million for a unit. The property owners fee will be $1.50 per square foot per year.
The project also includes a 2,000-square-foot clubhouse with another 1,200 square feet of outdoor space.
