Target plans to reopen this spring in a previously vacated 137,000-square-foot box at the Promenade in Casa Grande.
The regional power center is nearly 485,000-square-foot at 1005 N. Promenade Parkway. It’s located 48 miles southeast from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Interstate 10.
HomeGoods and Ashley Furniture have opened at the center, while Burlington, Five Below and Tillys all signed leases in 2024. Real Estate Daily News also reports Lamar Companies says Burlington, Five Below and Tillys all signed leases in 2024. Burlington leased 20,469 square feet, Five Below took 10,394 square feet, and Tillys leased 7,019 square feet.
Two adjacent pads were sold to Applebee’s, with construction expected to start in 2025. A four-story, 150-room Fairfield by Marriott is also under construction on site and is expected to be completed by February 2026.
Other soon-to-be Arizona Target locations are Mesa and Goodyear.
