CBRE has arranged a 37,816-square-foot lease expansion for Blink Health at Robinson Ridge in Penn Center West’s Building 5, a 148,000-square-foot office building in Pittsburgh.
The company’s total footprint is expanding from 53,076 to 90,892 square feet. Carmine DiLucente, Michael Stuart and Danielle Lafe of CBRE’s Occupier Solutions Group represented the tenant, Blink Health, in the lease negotiations. CBRE’s Adam Viccaro, Dominika Demantova and Charlie Must represented ownership, The Soffer Organization.
The expanded facility will support more than 150 new jobs, bringing Blink’s total Pittsburgh workforce to over 500 employees. The five-story office property is located at 5 Penn Center Blvd. within the Parkway West submarket and is part of Robinson Ridge, a four-building amenity-rich office campus within Penn Center West.
Campus-wide amenities include a conference center and a tenant lounge, as well as on-site property management. It sits minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh International Airport, with direct access to Interstate 376 and nearby retail and dining options.
