CBRE has arranged the sale of Riverbend Lofts, located in downtown Racine, Wisconsin. Riverbend Lofts Holdings, LLC, acquired the property from Riverbend Condominiums LLC for $5.25 million.
CBRE’s Matson Holbrook, Gretchen Richards, Sean Beuche, and Patrick Gallagher represented the seller in the transaction. Riverbend Lofts is an adaptive reuse multifamily asset originally constructed in 1912 and comprehensively redeveloped in 2007.
The four-story building features historic brick architecture paired with modern interiors, offering residents spacious layouts, in-unit washers and dryers, private balconies, high ceilings with exposed timber beams, and condominium-grade finishes. The sale included 40 rental condominium units out of a total of 58 units at the property.
“This sale reflects the confidence buyers have in the long-term fundamentals of the Racine market, particularly as the region continues to benefit from significant corporate investment and sustained renter demand,” said Holbrook.
