CBRE announced that Michael Lirtzman has joined the company as managing director, office investor Leasing, based in Chicago. Lirtzman will report to Office Investor Leasing President Mike Watts, and he will focus on revenue growth, strengthening collaboration across business lines and regions, and working with marketing teams to enhance client deliverables and branding.
Proper Title, LLC announced that Maria Milutinovic has joined the firm as commercial underwriting counsel, further strengthening its commercial services division as demand grows for more local and multi-state transactions. Milutinovic most recently served as an attorney title officer at Chicago Title Insurance Co. In her new role, she will support Proper Title’s growing commercial pipeline.
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International announced that Vice President Mandy Lewandowski completed the highest volume of transactions of any broker at the firm in 2025, brokering more than 65 commercial transactions totaling $17 million. Lewandowski represents building ownership for more than 15 Chicago-area properties.
CenterPoint Properties has appointed Brian Moran as its West Region senior vice president of development. Moran was most recently executive vice president, head of development, construction and ESG at Bridge Industrial, where he oversaw more than $4.5 billion in U.S. and European projects. He was also senior project manager at Rexford Industrial, where he managed ground-up and repositioning projects for the Southern California-focused firm.
