Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of The Campus at Greenhill, a Class A office campus located at 108 Leigus Rd. in Wallingford, CT to KS Partners, LLC for an undisclosed sum. Matt Torrance and Al Mirin of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team represented the seller in the transaction alongside Bob Motley.
Built in 2012 following LEED guidelines, the Campus at Greenhill consists of approximately 288,795 square feet of office space and represents one of the newest and most technologically advanced multi-tenant office campuses in central Connecticut. The campus is anchored by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
