Coeur Pilates, a boutique fitness concept, has signed a long-term lease at Benton on Burke, a newly constructed retail property at 1901 N 45th Street in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. The 1,843-square-foot studio marks the debut location for the brand.
Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Kelly Gaddis and Senior Associate Mia Ponce represented Coeur founder Iva Matkovic in the transaction. The Wallingford location was chosen for its distinctive neighborhood character, walkability, and natural alignment with the brand’s community-focused ethos.
“It’s exciting to see Seattle continue to serve as a launchpad for new businesses, particularly concepts like Coeur Pilates that sit at the intersection of technology and community,” said Ponce. The space itself, part of a new development by Rose Burke LLC, offered the opportunity for a tailored buildout in close collaboration with a local landlord—an important factor in bringing the Coeur vision to life.
