Convene Hospitality Group (CHG), reportedly the largest operator of non-hotel meeting and event venues in the U.S. and UK, unveiled a new independently branded venue at the Terminal Warehouse redevelopment, 261 Eleventh Ave. in West Chelsea: The Mallory. Spanning more than 50,000 square feet across three floors and named for the historic building’s original architect, The Mallory represents the first lease signed at Terminal Warehouse. Opening is projected for summer 2026.
“The Mallory at Terminal Warehouse was born out of the opportunity to more adeptly serve the experiential events industry in New York – and do it better than anyone else in the market,” said Ryan Simonetti, president and CEO of CHG. “Large-scale social, cultural and experiential events are the lifeforce of the city; having spent the last 16 years honing the operational prowess to run complex hospitality-led venues, we’re elevating our offering and expanding our brand set to provide a premier destination to bring bespoke experiences to life.”
CBRE’s Rocco Laginestra represented CHG. Terminal Warehouse ownership, including Columbia Property Trust, L&L Holding Company and Cannon Hill Capital Partners, was represented by Alan Schmerzler, Catherine Merck, Sean Moran, Steven Soutendijk and Patrick O’Rourke of Cushman & Wakefield.
