
Cranial Technologies has signed a 4,456-square-foot office lease at Monadnock Development’s newly constructed headquarters building at 300 Huntington St. in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The CBRE team of Patrick Dugan, Joseph Cirone and Jesse de la Rama represented ownership, while Joe Speck and Chad Poff of Colliers represented Cranial Technologies.
Cranial Technologies, a leading non-surgical provider for the treatment of plagiocephaly (fin babies, is the property’s newest office tenant. The clinic will open its first location in Brooklyn, occupying part of the sixth floor of the 136,000-square-foot building designed by Dattner Architects and Bernheimer Architecture.
“This commitment by Cranial Technologies, a national company with more than 100 clinics, speaks to the high-quality office space, highly curated amenities, and ideal location of 300 Huntington St., a brand new building located at the nexus of Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and Red Hook,” said Dugan.
