A 31-story luxury residential tower has opened in Uptown Dallas. Crescent Real Estate, the developers, say it’s the tallest residential tower in Dallas. Construction began on the property at 2811 Maple in December of 2022.
The Dallas Business Journal reports that ten percent of the building’s 177 apartments have already been leased. The units range from 950 to 1,900 square feet, and there are four penthouse units for rent. More than 60 percent of the apartments are corner units, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sweeping views of Uptown.
The tower’s lobby features 24/7 concierge services for residents. Rental rates start at $4,175 and go up to $19,500, with an average of about $7,300. Leases currently range from 13 to 18 months. The 12,600-square-foot facility features a 1,500-square-foot gym, a lively pool deck, private cabanas, reservable conference rooms, outdoor grills and an indoor kitchen for catered events.
GFF is the architect of record for the building and Richard Keating is the design architect for the tower.
