Dunhill Partners sold The Shops at Mockingbird, a retail center located at 4550 West Mockingbird Lane in Dallas, Texas. The property has been acquired by a Crow Holdings Capital real estate fund.
Spanning approximately 76,426 square feet and situated on roughly 6.4 acres, The Shops at Mockingbird is currently 94.7% leased. Its not far from Dallas Love Field Airport and the prestigious Highland Park neighborhood.
The shopping center was built in 2008 is anchored by LA Fitness and features a tenant mix including Family Dollar, Tropical Smoothie, Leslie’s Poolmart and Fuzzy’s Taco. The center has a weighted-average lease term of 6.0 years.
JLL Capital Market’s Investment Sales and Advisory team, that brokered the deal, was led by Adam Howells, Erin Lazarus and Michael Jankovich.
