
Dallas-based Crow Holdings recapitalized a 194-property, 4.5 million square foot national retail portfolio (the “Portfolio”) across 30 states.
Since 2023, when the platform was valued at over $1.8 billion, the joint venture has acquired more than $220 million in additional assets. Benefitting from a highly diversified geographic footprint with minimal tenant concentration, the Portfolio is currently 93% leased and is generating a 41% revenue increase since 2020.
The Portfolio’s assets are spread across growth-oriented markets in the Southeast, Southwest, West, Midwest, and Northeast. The 194 properties comprise approximately 2,000 tenant suites, with an average size of around 2,250 square feet.
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and operating from 18 offices nationwide, the firm manages more than $34 billion in assets across a diversified platform that includes real estate strategies, development, and alternative investments.
