Crunch Fitness is building out a spot in Kissimmee once occupied by Joann’s Fabric store. It’s all part of the companies growth plan to open 20 locations across Florida and four other states.
The Orlando Journal reports the gym will take up 36,919 square feet and cost $5 million to build out. The site will join other tenants in the plaza, including Target, Marshalls and Bojangles.
A second Crunch Fitness is planned in Osceola County. The site will be a $12 million, 35,000-square-foot location. The Crunch Fitness will be part of the St. Cloud Marketplace development.
Osceola County currently has two Crunch Fitness locations: one in Kissimmee at 850 Osceola Parkway and another in Poinciana at 4690 Marigold Ave.
In November 2025, Crunch Fitness took over an anchor space in the Trelago Market shopping center at 701 Maitland Blvd..
