Located at 2501, 2601-2939 S. Veterans Parkway and 2917-2951 W. Iles Ave., the shopping district is a staple of the capital city’s active and densely populated west side.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors Evan Halkias, Mark Gilbert, Zander Fried and David Matheis represented the seller, Washington Prime Group, a leading retail real estate operator in the U.S. The buyer, The R.H. Johnson Company, was represented in-house. The transaction represents one of the largest open-air shopping center deals in the region’s history.   Â

White Oaks Plaza is home to over 50 retailers and is anchored by Kohl’s + Sephora and three banners from The TJX Companies: TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Sierra. Other major sellers include a Harvest Market grocery store, Chili’s, Olive Garden, Petco and a new freestanding Sketchers outlet. Â
