Denholtz sold off a pair of single-story office buildings in Deerfield Corporate Park in Deerfield Beach for $34.5 million. A 70,512-square-foot office at 602 S. Military Trail and another 76,905-square-foot office at 776 S. Military Trail were purchased by Aptos Management.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Scott O’Donnell, Greg Miller, Mike Ciadella and Miguel Alcivar represented the seller in the deal. The S. Florida Business Journal reports the two buildings are 88% leased to 26 tenants. They were renovated in 2017.
The buildings last sold for $27.65 million in 2019. They were built in 1985 and 1986.
The building at 602 S. Military Trail is situated on six acres. The other building covers 6.9 acres.
