Citing stiff nearby competition, a team of developers is offering one lucky tenant free rent for a year and another a $50,000 prize if the prospective renter agrees to sign a lease to live in the building by January 15, 2026.
The Denver Business Journal reports the development, Akin Golden Triangle, is a partnership between Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments. The 955 Bannock St. property, designed by OZ Architecture, offers 98 units across 71,195 square feet. It’s designed to cater to young professionals who have outgrown over-amenitized mega buildings.
The community’s smaller size, compared to 300-unit properties, is intentional to create a more intimate feel. Amenities aren’t the focus, but Akin Golden Triangle does have a rooftop deck and hangout space with grills and views in addition to a large gym on the ground floor. Unit rents start at around $1,800.
Currently, 43 of Akin Golden Triangle’s 98 units are occupied, leaving 55 vacant and ready for new tenants in the free rent sweepstakes.
