Arizona Land Consulting was granted a rezoning on a 273-acre site at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Florence Boulevard which will allow for a mixture of commercial and light industrial uses.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports the proposed project has a letter of intent from grocer WinCo, which would serve as an initial anchor to the complex. The approved request does not allow data centers or truck stops.
On its website, Arizona Land Consulting says it specializes in land acquisition and development for data centers, offering strategic location services and expert consulting. With over $1.5 billion in transaction volume, the company says it’s known for identifying high-potential opportunities and navigating complex development processes.
