Mercedes-Benz recently revealed a seriously dramatic concept car called the Vision Iconic. It’s a long and slinky, and in its all-black paint, it’s even intimidating. It does have a controversial feature, though, especially for something so sleek: a rather huge grille. That grille isn’t just huge, but it also glows. At night, you might not even notice that it’s attached to a car. It does seem like this will be a key feature of future Mercedes models, and it would be understandable to worry that the brand is headed down the road that BMW took with silly grilles. However, an Instagram user created some renderings of what a future Mercedes GLS-Class would look like with some of the Vision Iconic’s cues, and we think the future could look good.
