Dostart Development Company, LLC and Sares Regis Group of Northern California have fully leased the 168,000-square-foot office component of 220 Park Rd. in Downtown Burlingame.
The 185,000-square-foot mixed-use development, which includes 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, is now home to SkyKnight Capital, Confluent (soon to be owned by IBM), Upstart Networks, and a leading global software and digital platform company. All relocated from premier locations, including the San Francisco Presidio, San Mateo, Palo Alto and Mountain View.
“We set out to create an architecturally distinctive workplace that integrates seamlessly with Downtown Burlingame and the new Town Square,” said Steve Dostart, president of Dostart Development. “The caliber of tenants we’ve attracted reflects both the quality of the project and the strength of this location.”
Leasing was led by Ben Paul, Marc Pope, and Hailey Winnen of Cushman & Wakefield, along with Christian Prelle of Colliers.
