Entre Commercial Realty announced that it has leased a rare freestanding maintenance facility located at 167 Flannigan Road in Hampshire, Illinois.
Cory Kay, Mike DeSerto, and Elisabeth Lazzara of Entre Commercial Realty were the sole brokers in this transaction. The 25,600-square-foot facility was built in 2023 and designed specifically for transportation and fleet maintenance uses.
The building comes equipped with 12 drive-in doors, 2 docks, trench drains, air lines, ample trailer parking and a high-end office buildout. The building was leased by a local transportation company, which will relocate its headquarters to this location.
