
Equus Capital Partnersq completed the sale of McKinney Village, a 245-unit multifamily community located in McKinney, Texas. The sale was completed on behalf of Equus Investment Partnership XI, L.P. (“Fund XI”), a discretionary equity fund managed by Equus Capital Management Partners. Weidner Apartment Homes acquired the 245-unit community.
The complex is situated within walking distance of McKinney’s expanding Medical District and Collin College’s Central Park Campus.
Completed in 2017, the property offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and two-story townhomes with attached garages. Community amenities include a pool with covered seating and grill stations, a fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, a clubhouse lounge, pet park, and community garden.
