
The Feil Organization has completed 83,673 square feet of leasing activity throughout 2025 at 570 Lexington Avenue. Within this activity, new leases totaled 25,816 square feet, and renewals included 57,857 square feet.
Most recently, the Feil Organization signed Gretchen Schumann to a new seven-year lease for 4,338 square feet on the 33rd floor. Jonathan Schindler and Troy Elias from Cushman & Wakefield represented Gretchen Schumann.
Additional lease activity throughout the year has included new leases with Amvest, CP Capital and Opici Family Distributing, an expansion by Lucid Capital and renewals with Alcova Capital Management, Asset TV, Carrera Willowbridge Capital, Globex, Institute of Art – New York LLC, Quad Partners, the City of New York, the Roosevelt Institute and Ziegler Ziegler.
