First National Realty Partners has executed long-term lease renewals with two major retailers at Consumer Square West, a prominent retail center in Columbus, Ohio.
Planet Fitness and Shoe Show Mega have extended their commitments, reinforcing the property’s tenant mix and strategic value. Planet Fitness has committed to a ten-year lease extension for its 20,582-square-foot space. Shoe Show Mega has extended its 12,000-square-foot lease, continuing its presence at the center.
“Their extensions reflect the strength of our partnerships and our focus on creating value for both retailers and investors,” said Sam Collier, Chief Revenue Officer at FNRP. Consumer Square West is a 218,206-square-foot retail center anchored by Kroger and positioned along West Broad Street, a high-traffic corridor five miles from Downtown Columbus and seven miles from Ohio State University. The property sits directly across from Hollywood Casino, which attracts over 3.6 million visitors annually.
